NetQoS SuperAgent

Monitor application response times and provide a consistent and common set of service quality metrics for your internal users and external service providers to manage the end-user experience, even if no formal service level agreements (SLAs) are in place.
What is CA NetQoS SuperAgent?
It is a product that monitors end-to-end application response times to track and measure end-user experience — without desktop or server agents. It tracks every TCP application packet traversing the network between clients and servers, providing metrics such as network, server and application latency for all applications.
What challenges does it meet?
It continually measures and analyzes application performance for all transactions, compares response time against intelligent baselines and thresholds, and alerts on any performance deterioration to pinpoint application delivery bottlenecks. It automatically investigates the cause of problems as they occur to help solve network and application performance problems faster.
What features does it offer?
It offers automated base lining for comparison of current versus historical performance for any network-server-application combination; provides simple workflows for incident identification verification; enables proactive alerting including intelligent thresholds that adapt to changing network environments; offers scheduled or on-demand automated investigations.
What platforms does it support?
Windows
